mature album without commercial gimmickS.
the album is very flexible,it suitable to any situation from party to car to home.
a lot of melodies that continue the elegant unique style of BUBBLE.the sound is very polished and crystal in different color from the common "full on sound".
i recommend in it for a satisfying travel into sound and music.

saw them live in belgium at rhakti dei.. and as much as i hate to sound negative, they are the worst live act i've seen. their melodies were unoriginal and painfully fluffy, the sax was horribly mixed and clashed with everything else.. and their stage presence (of one member in particular) stank of 'look at me i'm a rockstar', when sadly, he isn't. when the set was over their mates jumped on stage and highfived eachother, while this particular member stood with his chest puffed out, clearly yearning for appreciative acknowldgement while the next act was trying to begin his set behind him.

i give them a 1/10.. based on this show.. although i haven't heard the album (and don't intend to). they are the side of full on which is so far removed from goa, its another culture altogether.

Just because full on is "removed" from goa doesn't mean it can't be appreciated in it's own way. Some people find their own nitch in things even if you think it's not acceptable in a true purist mind.

sorry, my final sentence was misleading.. i certainly don't seek the 'goa' in all psytrance.. i was merely referring to some fraction of psy culture to be emanating from the stage, or from the performers. i don't expect dreadlocks, or ohms everywhere.. but i find gold chains, rings, polo shirts and high fives a little contradictory with regard to the general soul of our music. i agree, much new, evolving full-on MUST be appreciated in its own way.. which is a reason many artist-bashers should be silenced. i just happened to find Bubble poor, and ironically arrogant at the same time. when i'm dancing, i don't like to see pretentious artists.. especially newcomers. i must stress it was only the sax player who put me off.. not the other member. his after-set antics were deplorable in any scene, let alone this one.

i happen to find these new album a true treat, with some real candies to listen and dance to.

it marks a great lip these Gus have made since their debut album,

the sound and production (as expected) are rare and unique in these scene, which makes the album a must in any descent c.d Case.

as for their performance skills, i happen to live in Belgium and got the chance of viewing their live show in the Rhakti Dei Fest.

it would be fair and honest to say that Police came just Before Bubble went on and turned down all the volume, that is the reason for the clashing of sound and stress on stage, but as their set built up it turned out to be one of the most refreshing live acts we got to see, i never saw a group that gives away free c.ds' for the crowd, and sit and talk with every fan and supporter, so any talks on 'dress codes' and mood changing is just irrelevant and a bit immature (maybe it was just too many bad extacys) especially when we talk about ppl music...

come on, why is it that whenever anyone disagrees with another opinion they make 'drug' or 'ecstacy' references. i was sober when i saw them.. and i generally am when i go to parties/festivals. don't be such a hypocrite and throw a cheap shot like that. i apologise for the clothing comment. perhaps it was immature and uncalled for. i am the last person to give a damn about what someone wears, especially a performer. i was turned off by the atmosphere surrounding their performance, and with some of the way their friends jumped on stage after the performance, and all stayed there while the next act was trying to start. it was disrespectful. add to this the fact that i thought their melodies/leads were dull, and uninspiring.. even cliched.. and you will understand my point of view. i don't ask you to agree, but don't attack me because i don't agree with you on the quality of their music. isn't that what reviews are all about? so one can express both positive and negative views on a subject?

blow my mind, amazing work of sound.
these guys sure know what they r doing, its different but i guess thats their style, and for sure not a standart so called full-on album, as for sound and production if u listen carefully its a complete new level that they set here, and as from what I've heard this album is being sold to car stereo system manufactures and distributors and they are installing their audio systems with that album, if its indeed true i think its the first time a trance artist is receiving that honor.

my fav- 2(!), 4, 7(!!), 9
usually im very hard with grades but ill give it 9 out 10!
