Intergalactic/Cyber Cartel is Vick Shefi, born in 1980 in Afula in the north of Israel now living in Tel Aviv. Vick has been creating music since the age of 16 when he was part of a rock band for which he wrote all the material ,they released one CD when Vick was 17 years old. Vick was also part of the Tech Trance band Soulipse where he created more Technoish and dark sounds. Since 1998 Vick has been playing at Trance parties and creating electronic music, mainly Psychedelic Trance but also experimental music. The Intergalactic project is his main project these days.
He released one album as Cyber Cartel- Magic Vision (Agitato) and another as Intergalactic- Outer Galaxy (Bionics/True Trance).
